Being a Professor - Architecture provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Architecture typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.     Farnsworth Group is seeking a CAD Technician - Landscape Architecture in our Peoria, IA office. We have an immediate opening in our Peoria, IL office for a CAD Technician to join our Landscape Architectural group.
    Job Activities:
    • Provide redline drafting
    • Prepare detailed scaled drawing for construction and graphic representations
    • Project types include: parks, recreation, streetscape and commercial development
    Specific Requirements include:
    • Associate degree in Computer Aided Design, or related and/or the combination of education and experience.
    • 0-3 years of civil or landscape drafting or design experience
    • AutoCAD and Sketch-up experience, required
    • Civil 3D, Land F/X and Adobe Suites experience, preferred
