Job Responsibilities: Candidates will have a wide range of opportunities for professional growth. • Instrumental in designing and in preparing documents, specifications, elevations, and details for all phases using Revit or AutoCAD. • Participate in designing and planning of healthcare, commercial, or educational buildings • Create cost estimates and bid documents • Monitor progress to ensure project is completed on time and within budget • Assist with consultant coordination • Construction phase responsibilities include addendums, RFI's, on-site construction observation, change orders and other duties as required • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes and regulations • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements • Provide post-construction analysis and assessment of projects

Requirements
Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience after graduation, preferably in project management • Proven experience in successful delivery of complex projects • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software • Knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting • Understanding of construction methods and materials • Self motivated • Preference given to candidates with recent Education and Healthcare experience.
