This position is mainly consisting of Project Team Administration, Corporate/Human Resources Duties, IT Duties, Fleet Administration, and General Administration.

Project Team Administration Duties:

• Entire process of all state training and licensing of employees.
• Record Retention, including updating records matrix.
• Breaking down Foreman and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Books and communicating with Project Team when books are ready for final breakdown and/or when information is missing prior to the invoicing process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Corporate/Human Resources Duties:

• New hire onboarding and training.
• Medical surveillance.
• Wellness program.
• Updating of office procedures and forms.
• Other duties as assigned.

IT Duties:

• Point of contact for employees when IT issues arise, working with our IT professional.
• Office equipment purchases, maintenance, repairs coordinating including supplies for various machines including but not limited to copy machines, printers, mail system equipment, etc.
• Prepare Malwarebytes Report for Vice President.
• Prepare Patching Report for Vice President.
• Prepare QuickBooks Update/Check Server for Updates with Vice President.
• Responsible for CPU Updates (monthly).
• Maintaining Company Cell Phones.
• Maintain Communication with IT Professionals.
• Perform related tasks as required.

Fleet Administration:

• Implements and monitors a preventive maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program.
• Maintain equipment records in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws, policy or regulation.
• Perform related tasks as required.

General Administration:

• Maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers, clients, vendors, sub-contractors, and governmental agencies.
• Attend Weekly Meeting with Operations Manager.
• Prepare Weekly Agenda for President and Vice President.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
• Cross-trained with office personnel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
