    Responsibilities:

    • Office Operations: Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of office operations.
    • Leadership: Lead and supervise administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Financial Management: Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and billing processes to maintain financial health and compliance.
    • Client Interaction: Greet clients and contractors, answer phones, and represent the firm in a professional and welcoming manner.
    • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, including A/R files, invoices, and account statements.
    • Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, staff, and management, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Prior office management or relevant administrative experience required. Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes preferred.
    • Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
    • Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Excel. Accurate typing skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience with A&E billing is a plus.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a customer service-oriented approach.
