    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
    We are looking for an experienced Executive level professional to lead our Chemicals business unit. The successful candidate will shape the chemical “go to market” strategy and marshal resources in a strong “team” environment. This individual will be directly responsible for lead generation, prospect cultivation, proposal management, contract closing and account guardianship.
    • Develop a winning profitable business from new and existing clients
    • Managing and executing a client centered (i.e. solution oriented) sales process to burnish our client’s reputation as a value added partner.
    • Establish goals for the vertical and work within the organization to achieve those goals.
    • Overseeing daily operations and performance for the vertical.
    • Assessing, evaluating, and reporting on key business indicators.
    • Strategizing and implementing operational and structural changes with other senior executives.
    • Performing regular analyses of business operations and enhancing current business practices.
    • Preparing, delivering, and presenting reports at key executive meetings.
    • Ensuring that spending and budgeting are in line with business objectives.
    • Collaborating with General Managers to ensure company growth and stability.
    • Ensuring project execution that consistently delivers value to both clients and company.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in contract negotiations, pricing strategies and operational management
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA preferred
