    About the Job

    As a Civil Staff Engineer, you will be working and collaborating with other RH2 team members in the planning, designing and construction of water and wastewater facility projects. This work matters and impacts the quality of life for local communities, so we have big responsibilities and strict qualifications.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and analytical work associated with all phases of engineering related to roadway, irrigation, stormwater, water, and sewer projects
    • Gain hands on training and experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, and more advanced modeling programs in multiple disciplines
    • Growth opportunities to become involved in construction oversight as you gain experience
    • Interaction with clients and review agencies on projects

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited University
    • Have obtained or will obtain an Engineer-In-Training Certification soon after hiring
    • Knowledge of or ability to learn standard design software including AutoCAD and MS Office Suite
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Passion for exceeding customer expectations
    • High energy, collaborative and adaptable

    Compensation

    Individual compensation will vary within the following range based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position $34.00-$44.00/hour. RH2 values our employees’ work/life balance and compensates overtime for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week.
