Education: Candidates with have education in their field as needed to practice within their discipline - Masters of Doctoral Level for Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists. PTA/SLPA also encouraged to apply. Must be licensed in the state of North Carolina or able to obtain licensure.
Responsibilities: SMSS is looking for a skilled therapist to oversee daily clinic routines. This therapist will take initiative and be proactive in their role. Some duties may include aiding in monitoring therapist schedules, providing mentorship across disciplines as needed, aiding in communication between staff, posting job vacancies and interviewing candidates, onboarding of new therapists, communicating with parents/families, etc. A full time schedule will consist of 10 hours of director time each week, up to 25 hours of patient care time, and 5 hours of paperwork time.
