    Job Description
    • Position includes face to face teaching opportunities mainly for the basic course in the Department of Communication Studies.
    • Instructor is responsible for creating an engaging classroom experience and meaningful assessments of learning following a master syllabus.
    • Teaching includes designing classroom activities, assessments, completing reports for attendance, and posting final grades.
    • We are looking specifically for those interested in engaging students in the scholarship of communication studies as well as teaching foundational skills.

    Required Qualifications
    • Requires a Master’s degree in Communication Studies or Speech Communication

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Teaching or training experience in higher education setting
    • Demonstrated teaching effectiveness
    • PhD in Communication Studies
