    The Project Manager – Construction manages the full construction project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through completion. Acts as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems. Coordinates all direct communication with client and contractors.

    Requirements:

    Education and Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience. Requires 3 years of Telecommunications experience in leadership positions.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, walk, sit
    • Ability to use hands to handle or feet

    Ability to reach with hands and arms

    • Ability to climb and balance
    • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl

    Responsibilities:

    • Represents the company with the client, with the goal to expand the company’s footprint
    • Develops and implements strategies meant to assist the region in meeting its critical goals and supporting overall business objectives in the most efficient manner possible.
    • Identifies and supports implementation of new lines of business to continue growing the local market share within the region
    • Serves as the main point of contact between locations within the assigned region and corporate leadership
    • Tracks regional performance and provides reports to management.
    • Evaluates new business opportunities and recommends services to Senior Management.
    • Establishes and implements goals within guidelines set by Senior Management.
    • Acts as a liaison between the client and local team members regarding changes or problems.
