Job Objective: The primary responsibilities of this role will include a wide-variety of digital and marketing development, management and measurement objectives. Writing skills and technical & backend digital expertise are essential. Highly knowledgeable on latest digital trends, SEO, and algorithms. Strong graphic design and video editing abilities are necessary.

Essential Job Functions:

• Development of high quality, relevant content including copywriting and imagery or video for our brand and marketing platforms and efforts, including web content, social media, blog, mailing activities and others like sales collateral, in-store signage, and digital campaigns.

• Lead the calendarization, planning and execution of our B2B social strategy, in collaboration with the global category leaders and marketing teams' members, while aligning it with the brand & communication leaders.

• Set up analytical tools and procedures for a continuous performance monitoring and recommendations and reporting of our global webs and business social.

• Monitor current digital marketing trends, competition and best practices and identify areas of opportunity to promote the brand and our products.

• Coordinate product launches communication tools such as landing pages, product sheets, social campaign and/or mailing actions in collaboration with other brand team members and regional marketing.

• Contribute to the creation of qualitative content for the sales and marketing teams through The Loop platform, such as success stories and digital brochures for key launches among others.

• Support the NAM region and other regions and departments with product launches, marketing campaigns, email campaigns ensuring technical accuracy on the digital aspect, brand consistency and meet deadlines.

• Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs through preparing performance analysis reports of the results and gaining customer feedback. Work with customers in developing case studies, references, and testimonials.

• Support other brand and marketing communication activities like creations of PowerPoint, collateral development, advertising or any other activity.

• Ensure the ORIGINAL THINKING brand story is delivered consistently across all communication tools and platforms.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 experience years in a marketing, communications, digital, brand or similar function is required.

• Excellent writing skills for a B2B audience is a must. B2C writing skills, preferred.

• Proficient within WordPress/Gutenberg environment

• Experienced in Social Media & blog content ideation, creation, scheduling and measurement: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Hootsuite, SEM Rush, Bit.ly, and others.

• Competent in digital advertisement and analytical tools: Google Ads, social ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio.

• Expert in mailing campaigns including common tools such as Mailchimp, Salesforce, Formstack.

• Strong ability to create and edit graphic content such as images, videos, and other pieces through the Adobe Creative (Photoshop, InDesign).

• Team player, easy-going, highly communicative.

• Strategic mindset, while detail-oriented.

• Positive & professional attitude, proactive, ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Ability to analyze data and propose ideas for improvements. Additional digital & technical skills will be valued

Additional Skills

• Advanced website back-end knowledge including:

• Site management

• Content development

• Page design

• Html coding

• Plug-in

• Bilingual in another language is a plus.

• Project management experience and/or PMP certified, a plus.
