Providence is calling a Director Communication who will:

• Support the strategic communication needs at the ministry, service area or divisional level
• Be a key strategic partner with the respective executive and senior leadership, overseeing communication efforts for delivering consistent, clear messaging to all caregivers and external stakeholders regarding the organization's strategic priorities and major initiatives
• Work closely with the Chief Communication Officer to support messaging and communication
• Work closely with the executive Communication leadership team to ensure communication programs and messaging are fully aligned and delivered to both internal and external stakeholders or audiences

Please note the following important details regarding this position:

• This role is a hybrid role that will require for you to work in the office a minimum of two days per week
• We welcome residents to apply for this position that live within a daily commutable (30-40 miles) distance of our office location listed below:
• California: Santa Rosa (1111 Sonoma Ave)

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field of study
• 10 years of communication experience in health care

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Master's Degree
