**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization. **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing **Skills:** - Proficient in administrative tasks - Strong data entry skills - Ability to manage office tasks efficiently - Excellent customer service skills - Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines - Knowledge of basic office management procedures - Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus This position requires a candidate who is organized, professional, and able to multitask effectively.
