- Call patients to schedule new, follow up, or check up appointments.
- Check in and check out patients for appointments.
- Bill insurance companies, verify patients benefits, etc.
- Willing to be trained in some Dental Assistant (DA) duties and assist the DA as required (or already has these skills). This is a requirement for the job
- Any additional administrative/office duties required (scanning documents, etc).
- Requires attention to details, error free data entry, strong customer service personality, a positive can-do mentality, and the ability to learn quickly.
