Schedule:

Monday 7:50am to 5pm

Tuesday 7:50am to 5pm

Wednesday 7:50am to 5pm

Thursday 7:50am to 5pm

Friday 7:50am to 3pm

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the hygiene schedule for all locations (update appointment notes, schedule and confirm appointments)
• Make inbound and outbound phone calls, check office email, communicate with patients, and referring offices
• Utilize Open Dental for patient scheduling and records
• Well-versed in dental insurance to submit claims and pre-estimates
• Present or review treatment plans, fees, and payment options with hygiene patients
