POSITION SUMMARY

The Dental Assistant at Flawless Smile Dentistry is a key member of the team, working with providers and patients to make sure that the patients get the quality of treatment they deserve. This role is responsible for assisting doctors with treatment and building relationships with the patients chair side. The Dental Assistant is key member in providing an amazing experience for our patients.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Skilled at impression taking
• Ability to assist on level 1-3 treatment plans
• Ability to effectively communicate with lab on changes or needs
• Master at ordering parts for level 3 treatment plans
• Creating and following room assignments
• Charting level 1-3 treatment plans without issues

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• ● High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum 1 year experience assisting (preferred)
• 2 out of the following expanded functions (preferred)
• Xrays
• Sealants
• Flouride/coronal polishing
• Nitrous

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
• Position may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects

$500 sign-on BONUS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
