Position Description:
This Program Specialist is responsible for engaging long-term care workers in Skilled Nursing Facilities in educational benefits, conducting career and educational counseling, collaborating with union and employer partners to determine workforce development needs, promoting and recruiting for classes, and providing expert knowledge about educational providers and programs in the community.
This position also requires the individual to become a certified CPR instructor under the American Heart Association and will include facilitation of online and in-person curriculum as appropriate and required.
This is a hybrid remote position that requires remote work from home with regular travel within an assigned territory in Pennsylvania.
