    Are you ready to make a difference? MIND Education, the creators of ST Math, is looking for an Education Partnerships Manager to serve in the territory posted, with a proven record of consistently shattering sales goals. Our Education Partnerships Manager will be responsible for working with school districts in their assigned territory to provide practical solutions utilizing the MIND Education solution portfolio. This role will be spearheading the full sales cycle from building relationships at the district and state level, delivering presentations, staying informed of regional initiatives and trends, conducting follow-up, and proactively working to address the challenges in and outside of the classroom.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Educational Partnerships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of educational trends and challenges in Texas, a strong network within the public education sector, and a passion for driving sales growth through effective relationship-building and solution-selling.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential K-12 school districts in Texas as prospects for our math learning solutions, using market research and networking strategies.
    • Conduct consultative sales meetings with key decision-makers in school districts to understand their math education needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals, demonstrations, and pricing packages based on customer requirements and budget constraints.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve our sales approach and product offerings.
    • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to showcase our solutions and expand our customer base.

    Qualifications


    Our ideal candidate will have:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in K-12 education sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Deep knowledge of the education landscape in Texas, including familiarity with state standards, funding mechanisms, and decision-making processes.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach to solution-selling.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce, G-Suite, Microsoft Office and sales tools for lead and opportunity management and reporting.
