A skilled Construction Project Manager is needed for a leading engineering firm. They are seeking a proactive and accountable client rep to oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with owner specifications.
Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, conducting constructability reviews, handling inspections and developing comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), budgets, and schedules. Ideal candidates possess previous project management experience in Heavy Industry/Boiler/Pulp & Paper or similar sectors, demonstrating follow-through and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and the ability to see projects through to completion are essential. This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package and flexible scheduling.
