Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper care of all linens and garments. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in dry cleaning, laundering, and maintaining cleanliness in a hotel setting.

Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens and garments according to established procedures
- Inspect items for stains, damage, or other issues before laundering or dry cleaning
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Follow proper handling and storage techniques for different types of fabrics
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of linen supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel or similar environment
- Knowledge of proper garment care techniques and fabric types
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads as needed
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
