This position as a Survey Technician is a full-time employment type. Employee will participate in field activities. Employee will also contribute to field work operations occasionally (15% of their time, or less)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
· ACAD Experience required (1 year plus)
· Knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel, OneDrive, Outlook)
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently
PREFERRED:
· Hypack Experience
· Survey field experience
· Working knowledge of Global Mapper
ATTRIBUTES:
· 3-5 years of experience
· Reliable and punctual
· Desire to pick up technical skills and grow
· Good with numbers/math/trigonometry
· Ability to communicate well via Teams and email
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Ability to travel semi-occasionally
· Ability to walk long distances.
· Ability to lift 30 lbs.
· Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and on varied terrain, sometimes for extended periods of time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Survey Data importing and processing
· CAD drafting (figures, surfaces, alignments, plan sheet production, etc.)
· Proposal research and preparation
· Client communications
