Position Description:
Encorus Group is looking for an Asbestos Environmental Inspector to work under the direct supervision of our Regulated Building Materials Manager and will be responsible for performing building inspections for hazardous materials including asbestos, lead based paint, mold, heavy metals, etc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
Candidate shall possess or have the ability to possess certifications in Project Monitor, Air Sampling Technician, Asbestos Inspector, and/or EPA Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor.
