Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being a Professor - Environmental Engineering provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Environmental Engineering typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. Electronic Engineering Technician

    • Troubleshoot, repair and update electronic equipment to the component level.
    • Document and log all work performed and test all repairs to a documented standard.
    • Perform equipment tests to various standards.
    • Assist Engineers with assigned duties including documentation, prototyping and installation.
    • Aid with manufacturing and assembly departments.

    • Experience with consumer audio/video equipment repair.
    • Knowledge of digital theory and circuits.
    • Must have basic PC skills and be proficient with standard test equipment including digital multi-meters and oscilloscopes.
    • Be able to read and follow schematics.
    • Good solder skills.
    • Mechanically inclined and be proficient with power and hand tools.
    • Detail oriented with good problem solving and communication skills.
    • Degree and/or certificate in electronics or equivalent experience.
