Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Environmental Engineering typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. Residential Building Code Inspector (1&2 Family Dwelling)

    NOVA Engineering is hiring a Residential Building Code Inspector in the Haines City, FL metropolitan statistical area (Polk County). The inspector should be well-versed in the following residential inspections: Building/Structural (Masonry & Frame), Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical. 

    Requirements:

    • State of FL Standard Residential Building Inspector (BN#) license (1 & 2 Family Dwelling) is REQUIRED
    • Five (5) years’ experience is needed for licensing eligibility as a registered or certified state general, building, or residential contractor (or as a job superintendent or project manager).
    • Valid Driver's license
