    Job Description

    The Director of Marketing plays a pivotal role in devising and implementing a comprehensive Marketing Plan leveraging solutions and digital assets. These initiatives enhance smooth and effortless interactions within Canopy's products and services by ensuring alignment with the product roadmaps, catering to user needs, market demands, and technical frameworks to execute a portfolio of solutions from ideation to steady state.

    Canopy is currently seeking a full-time marketing hire to play a pivotal role in defining our brand identity across all marketing platforms and collateral. This dynamic position will not only bolster existing marketing strategies but also spearhead market launches for upcoming Canopy products. It presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned startup marketer eager to embrace a fresh challenge.     Responsibilities:

    · Brand Enhancement. You are a strong storyteller who can ensure the Canopy story is clear and compelling to our target audiences across all material.

    · Product Marketing. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and business leaders, you orchestrate the launch of new products from strategy inception to flawless execution.

    · Asset Creation. Your creativity is instrumental in crafting new branded assets, encompassing one-pagers, deck templates, digital assets, and website copy, among others.

    · Content Creation. You spearhead our content creation efforts, generating industry-specific insights through articles and social media management (LinkedIn posts and email campaigns) that contribute to industry discourse and amplify the Canopy brand.

    · Trade shows. As the face of Canopy at trade shows and community events, you adeptly manage the company's presence at booths, ensuring impactful representation.

    · Leadership. Leading by example, you nurture and guide a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, distinction, and continuous advancement within the organization.

    · Financial Management. With a keen eye for detail, you oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
