The Culture and History Instructor will be committed to providing Morongo School students with an exceptional educational curriculum that appreciates a student’s limitless potential. Instruction will be a combination of Morongo history and culture under the direction of the Morongo Cultural Heritage Department. The instructor will create and deliver lesson plans that allow for overall comprehension of topics. The lessons should also inspire and invoke a desire to learn more about the topics taught. The instructor must be able to facilitate lessons with effective classroom management and age-appropriate instruction techniques for grades PreK-8. This instructor will work with our in house historian to create history for the community, school, sovereignty, and surrounding schools.
