Shenandoah Conservatory at Shenandoah University seeks an exceptional pedagogue to teach Music History. This auxiliary adjunct appointment will begin August 29, 2022 through May 19, 2023.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in music history with the option to advise lecture recital documents. Preferred area of expertise is American popular or vernacular musics, but experience teaching repertories from beyond the Western world will be useful. There is flexibility for the successful candidate to develop new courses in their area(s) of expertise. Minimum 8 credits of teaching per semester.
