    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist in the smooth functioning of our law office. This is a vital role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Duties:
    - Prepare and proofread legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and contracts
    - Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings
    - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
    - Maintain and organize legal files and documents
    - Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
    - Answer phone calls and handle client inquiries professionally
    - Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and briefs
    - Coordinate with other departments within the firm to ensure smooth workflow
    - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

    Experience:
    - Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role
    - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
    - Familiarity with legal administrative tasks such as drafting documents and filing
    - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Attention to detail and accuracy in work
    - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
