Candidates should have a strong litigation background.

The annualized salary range for this role is $120,000-$145,000. However, this is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Required experience

• 2-5 years' defense litigation experience, specifically in the area of New York State Labor Law
• Experience in general liability, premises liability, construction, hospitality, Dram Shop, wrongful death, and/or transportation
• Ability to interact with clients, draft pleadings and discovery demands, conduct depositions, perform legal research and draft dispositive motions
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills
• Substantive familiarity with the rules and procedures of the New York Courts is a must
• Must be licensed to practice in New York
