We'll design hours to fit your schedule (with some limitations). Job requirements include answering phones, greeting clients, making appointments, managing files, tracking court cases, interacting with court clerks and entering data. Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Make calendar entries
Greet clients before meetings and arrange follow-up appointments after meeting
Create and organize client files
Prepare correspondence, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motions
Create spreadsheets to organize client data
Flie printed court documents
Copy and assemble client materials
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with attorneys, clients, and other staff members
- Attention to detail for accurate document review and proofreading and you must be able to read cursive writing.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality
- Proficient in file management and maintaining organized records
Word, excel, google calendar, and typing skills are required. Basic office skills are required. Previous experience in legal setting is not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
