Arenson Law Group, PC is a busy, fast-paced law firm with 5 attorneys practicing in various areas of the law.

Your Mission as a Receptionist: This position is key in helping us deliver an excellent client experience. You will be the first and last impression our clients get of our practice.

Receptionist responsibilities include:

• This position requires a HIGH level of multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service to our clients
• Phone Reception - answering multiple phone lines, addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments for multiple lawyers, recording messages for unavailable team members
• Client Communication – providing client updates, appointment reminders, and responding to potential client inquiries
• Gathering information to perform a thorough conflicts check
• Managing email account and follow-up on email and website inquiries
• General Office duties – maintaining a clean and organized reception/conference/break room area
• Performing scanning, filing, and data entry
• Assisting with other projects that facilitate firm efficiency
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be able to maintain a professional attitude/wardrobe
• Dependability, accountability and punctuality
• Skilled communicator – written and verbal
• Computer knowledge and experience required (proficient in Microsoft Office)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically, manage time wisely, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Accurate data entry
• Team-player with a positive attitude
• Legal experience preferred but not required; will train someone with the right skills

Schedule: 8:30a-5p M-F w/30 minute unpaid lunch break

This position does NOT include "remote" or "work from home" options.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
