Our firm is seeking a Paralegal Assistant to assist attorneys with cases involving domestic relations, real estate, corporate and business transactions and estate matters. The right candidate is detail-oriented, a typist, and has strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The Paralegal Assistant will be responsible for organizing the firm's file room and managing the case load, as well as legal research and preparing legal documents.
