Dynamic boutique law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and and possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Duties:
- Perform double-entry bookkeeping to record financial transactions accurately
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile balance sheets and bank statements
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper for a law firm
- Proficient in using Quickbooks accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Proficient in using CLIO or similar legal software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not required
