    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Employment Law Attorney to provide expert legal advice and counseling on employment matters. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with employment laws, handle employment-related disputes, and contribute to the development and implementation of employment policies.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide legal counsel and advice on a broad spectrum of employment law issues.
    Draft, review, and update employment-related documents, contracts, and policies.
    Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
    Advise clients on matters such as employee relations, discrimination, harassment, and termination.
    Represent clients in employment-related litigation and dispute resolution.
    Collaborate with HR departments to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
    Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on employment law matters.
    Keep clients informed of legislative changes and emerging trends in employment law.

    Qualifications:

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law in NH.
    Proven experience in employment law, with a focus on counseling and advisory services.
    Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
