Simon Law is looking for a Paralegal to fill the following position:

The ideal candidate for this position will have prior family law litigation experience and be familiar with local Court Rules. To ensure your success, you will work directly with a senior family law litigator. We are devoted to making long-term investments with the right person.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal, written and proofreading skills
- Skillful at client relations
- Strong critical thinking and research skills
- Demonstrates willingness to learn and develop skills
- Willingness and ability to accept changing assignments and priorities
- Ability to use sound judgment and good discretion
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
- Experience with database file management system, such as Abacus, and Court e-filing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Judicial Council Forms
- Your attention to detail and ability to work independently is an asset

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Under the supervision of an attorney, performs a variety of legal duties including drafting and editing pleadings and correspondence, e-filing with local Courts, and communicating with clients and third parties, calendaring deadlines and scheduling meetings for the attorney.
