Busy Santa Rosa based estate planner looking for a part-time of-counsel estate planning attorney to take on significant overflow of prospective clients. This may be a good fit for an attorney who is relatively new to estate planning law or already has an established practice of their own.
Responsibilities would include intake and meetings with clients, discussing estate planning wishes, drafting estate planning documents, and implementing estate plans, as well as significant trust administration and probate possibilities.
The attorney would work remotely, at home or at their office, as needed, but conference room space is available for meetings with clients.
