Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.     JOB SUMMARY:
    FHAS is seeking a law students and recent law school graduates and attorneys for a Clerkship position with the opportunity to grow into various Hearing Officer Positions. In this position, the successful applicant will assist the Administrative Law judge in presiding over hearings, interacting with parties, ruling on motions, and drafting adjudications. The Law Clerk will research and interpret pertinent regulations, review exhibits, and work with closely with Administrative Law Judges.

    Must be in Law School or recent graduate and have legal writing experience. Please submit resume and writing sample.
