Trenam Law is seeking to add another attorney to our Employment Law group, with a specific desire to hire a 4-5-year associate. Prior experience should include supporting employers with legal matters related to employee relations, policies, compliance and litigation.
This attorney will regularly advise employers on compliance with federal and state employment law, provide advice and representation to employers in government investigations and litigation of employment claims. The associate will be expected to assist clients with various employment issues that may include wage and hour issues, workplace safety, restrictive covenants, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, or employee separations.
