Being a Professor - Legal Support provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Legal Support typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. In this crucial role, you are on the front lines, responding to a high volume of phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and more importantly-empathy! Can you provide superior customer service and a positive experience to callers and clients in a fast-paced environment? If so, this job is for you!

    Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

    This is an in office position.


    Your job will be receive incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. You will need to set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

    • Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar, and diction
    • A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
    • Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
    • The ability to ask appropriate questions
    • The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
    • Accurate and fast typing skills
    • PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
    • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age

    Shifts Offered:

    • Full Time
    • Part Time
    • Afternoon and Evening shifts
    • You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week

    Training will last approximately three weeks. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule.
