Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist with various legal tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in managing legal cases and maintaining case files.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Utilize document management systems to organize and maintain electronic files.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Prepare materials for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing calendars, filing documents, and drafting emails.
- Assist with document review and analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of legal case management processes and procedures
- Familiarity with litigation process.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
