Busy legal practice looking for a Tri-lingual Receptionist. Candidate must speak Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish. Additional duties include a variety of clerical tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, accept and process payments
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Update calendars, ensure all hearing dates are accurate
• Provide legal support tasks including, but not limited to, opening and closing files, researching and reporting case status to attorney and/or client, mailing appropriate correspondence and documents to clients and returning client calls on behalf of the attorney
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.23 - $20.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
