The Berrien Artist Guild, Inc. is seeking a part time Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Box Factory for the Arts. The position is for a 30-hour work week with the potential for full time.

Prefer someone with past office management experience who is able to multi-task in a non-profit environment.

Applicant must be:

• detail-oriented and an industrious,
• self-starter with excellent technical and people skills and
• have the ability to work independently.

Will work closely with the Board of Directors to:

• manage the performance and event calendar, requests and contracts;
• manage the ArtMarket inventory and sales;
• schedule volunteers;
• prepare bank deposits and work with board treasurer for processing check requests;
• assist remote workers with in-person Box tasks;
• as well as other responsibilities as needed.
