Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Liberal Arts typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.     Position Overview:

    An instructor at Premier Martial Arts location is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.

    Training and Education of Instructor Management:

    • Certified Instructor Training
    • Performance Evaluation for all Instructors

    Marketing:

    • Distributing marketing materials into the community
    • Lead generation programs
    • Mass intro marketing
    • Setting appointments for Intros

    Martial Arts Instructor Requirements:

    • Prior experience teaching Martial Arts to students of varying ages and fitness levels.
    • Clear criminal record.
    • OUTSTANDING verbal communication skills with the capacity to command attention.
    • Deeply passionate about Martial Arts and self-development.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience training kids and adults

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $16.09 - $24.04 per hour

    Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
