This job is in a mid to large commercial / new construction project.
It is "clean work", engineered and designed per plans and specs.
A standard new construction atmosphere with a job-site superintendent and our own project management team.
A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY NEW HVAC CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY-
Physical Skills Required :
- Sheet metal duct installation experience (3 - 5 years minimum)
- Light Commercial equipment installation experience
- Blueprint plan reading and materials takeoff capability
- General & Specific HVAC installation tool familiarity
Education Required
- Basic English language (reading, speaking and writing)
- Bi-lingual language skill a plus
Certifications Required
State of Iowa HVAC Journeyman license
Personal Requirements
- Must work well with others
- Be able to take direction from a supervisor
- Have a good attitude, courteous manner, be honest and prompt
- Possess sheet metal hand tools and battery powered drill-driver, Sawzall, shears, etc.
- Must provide own safety hardhat, eye protection and safety-visibility vest
