Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Insulator to join our team. As an Insulator, you will be responsible for applying insulation materials to various structures and surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities: - Measure, cut, and install insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or mineral wool - Apply insulation to pipes, ducts, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools and power tools - Seal joints and seams with caulk or other sealing materials - Use airless paint spraying equipment to apply coatings or finishes to insulated surfaces - Assist with concrete finishing and construction painting as needed - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with various materials - Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools - Experience with caulking, plastering, stucco, or concrete finishing is a plus - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our company.
