POSITION SUMMARY
Directs and coordinates all activities of SGMC Lakeland Villa in order to accomplish its missions. Has the authority and responsibility for the optimal achievable level of care rendered to all residents served by SGMC Lakeland Villa. The primary activity is the provision of leadership to shape goals and programs to improve health care delivery systems. Coordinates and maintains liaison with hospital staff and privileged physicians and creates activities which expand and improve resident care.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Graduate of an Accredited School with an MHA, MBA or Georgia licensed Nursing Home Administrator with 3 to 7 years’ experience as Administrator or Assistant Administrator of a professional healthcare organization. Demonstrable evidence of creativity, integrity, initiative, communication skills, and team management.
WORKING CONDITIONS - ADA INFORMATION
Physical Requirements: Position requires ability to occasionally lift objects heavier than 10 pounds; have hand-eye coordination skills; sit for prolonged periods of time, be able to see small items. Position requires ability to concentrate on fine details of their work. Position requires ability to complete work timely and accurately due to the deadlines and regulatory requirements.
