    The Program Manager for the Master of Health Care Innovation (MHCI) manages communications, day-to-day operations, and extracurricular initiatives for a high-touch, cohort-based online degree. Reporting to and working closely with the Associate Program Director, MHCI, the Program Manager will support student success and program impact in a sustainable, high-quality way.

    The two primary responsibilities are 1) developing and implementing a strategic communications plan to students and alumni, and 2) working closely with the Associate Program Director to organize high-impact extracurricular initiatives for students, including an annual in-person Seminar event on Penn's campus. In addition, this person will manage the admissions and on-boarding processes for prospective and new students, and will collaborate with the Associate Program Director to support students' academic success and program operations.

    The successful candidate will have experience organizing complex educational events-both in-person and online-for adult learners in an online program, will have experience managing expenses and vendor relationships, is highly organized and shows strong attention to detail, and can interact with a diverse population of adult learners with clear communication and empathy.
