Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Process donations to ensure racks are fully stocked
• Merchandise and display donations to maximize sales
• Operate cash register with accuracy.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations safely and effectively.
• Support Agency safety and security programs.
• Ensures that all sales are accurately processed and receipts properly deposited
• Process, sort and price donations

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with fashion, trends and brand names
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree
