Avena Integrative Medicine, LLC is seeking a Practice Manager/LNA to manage all aspects of the medical practice. We are an integrative medical practice offering naturopathic medicine, acupuncture and nutrition to our patients. Located in a beautiful office in Montpelier with a lovely group of co-workers. This role is multifaceted with a lot of opportunity to grow and expand.
The Practice Manager/LNA will provide administrative support to physicians and direct patient support including: management of front desk, checking in/out patients, answering/returning phone calls, scheduling, invoicing, writing and sending referral letters, management of supplies and product inventory and ordering, blood draws(with the right experience), lab specimen processing, preparing documentation for staff/insurance carriers and medical billing. The Practice Manager/LNA will serve as an intermediary between patients and professional staff.
The position requires an energetic, positive, well-trained individual with many crossover skills and great organizational skills. Must be adaptable, resourceful, organized, able to work independently and problem solve. The ideal candidate will have a sincere interest in communicating with patients, patient care, customer service and supporting physicians with all aspects of running a medical practice. Medical billing experience a plus but not necessary.
Qualifications:
Pay is $22 per hour.
