StoryBrook Medicine has a great opportunity to join a longstanding medical clinic. This is a full-time front office position for a friendly, motivated and detail-oriented team player. This is a Tuesday-Friday opportunity, allowing for three day weekends every single week. This position has a wide variety of duties including, but not limited to: patient scheduling, messaging and document management within an electronic medical records system, patient phone calls, reminder calls, receiving and documenting patient payments, as well as interacting with other medical offices. Computer skills and the ability to learn new tasks are key qualities. The right person will enjoy the challenge of multiple tasks and developing important and meaningful relationships with patients and co-workers. Experience in a medical office is preferred; however, the right personality and work ethic continue to be very important in our hiring process.
