Pre-School Class Piano Teacher Job Overview
Joyful Academy of Music is an encouraging, game infused, music academy for ages 3-adult. Pre-school students are delighted to explore sounds, play learning games, and share music with their friends and families. We use the Little Keynotes curriculum that has learning games, composing, and ensemble playing! Classes have 2-3 students. Students enjoy learning the piano and are excited to come to lessons!

We are looking for fun and outgoing Piano Teachers. This is a part-time position with weekly consistent hours Tuesday-Friday from 3-7pm and Saturdays 9-1pm.
We teach music, but most importantly we encourage students, connect with them, and help them know they are loved, seen, celebrated, and supported.
We have many preschool age music students and we play LOTS of beginning music games!
If you love music but have not taught music before, that is fine! We have encouraging, comprehensive training to help you learn how to teach.
Starting pay range: $17-$30 hour based on years of teaching experience, ability to connect, ability to teach multiple students, and availability. Additional benefits include paid department meetings, paid training, & paid curriculum development opportunities.
Teachers are paid as employees. We help you with your taxes and fill your teaching schedule.
